What to Wear?
Wear comfortable close fitting clothing without zippers, buttons, or belts.  You may want to layer your clothing, so as you start to warm up you can remove the layer(s).  Be prepared to remove your shoes.  Socks are okay.
What to bring?
If you drink a lot of  water when you exercise - bring bottled water.
How often is Pilates recommended?
Pilates recommended performing the exercises four times a week for three months to begin feeling results.  You can practice the Pilates principles seven days a week!  Some places you might remember to practice are: while you are at work, driving, cooking, working out at the gym, walking, brushing your teeth, etc...
What to do before or after your Pilates session?
Before your class or lesson: Try to arrive 5 minutes early so that you have time to decompress from your day and get into a Pilates frame of mind.  You can also start to warm up your mind - body connection with a meditative deep breathing.  This can be achieved by slowly breathing in for 2 counts and out for 2 counts with your mind focused someplace inside your body.

After Pilates: Take note of how you feel for the next 12-24 hours, and drink plenty of water.  If  you feel  muscle soreness: stretch, take an Epsom Salt bath, or get a massage!
What is Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR)?
YBR is a deep tissue massage, exercise, and chiropractic adjustment all in one.   In a series of routines using YBR 6 to 10-inch balls, starting from the origin of a muscle group and moving to the insertion of the muscles.  This helps elongate the whole length of the muscle, increase blood flow, and relieve tension.  Using YBR on a regular basis can help muscles regain freedom from restrictions.
