Refund Policy:
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
The Cancellation Policy is based on 24-hours notice. In many situations I do have waiting lists. The policy is as follows:
1. No charge for 24-48 - hours notice.
2. Less than 24-hours prior to appointment, 100% charge. Exception: If I can fill your appointment, you will not be charged.
3. You will be charged for a “no show”.
Illness and Emergency Cancellation Policy: I understand there are circumstances in which you may find it impossible to make your scheduled appointment without having given 24-hours notice of cancellation. In the event you are sick or have an unavoidable emergency you have two options:
1. No charge with no secured appointment for the following week.
2. Charged 100% and a secured appointment for the following week.
